I’m a former corporate lawyer turned Integrative Health Coach, Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Menopause Health Specialist, and the host of the globally ranked High Performance Health podcast.
Like many high-performing women, I spent years trying to balance ambition, health, and family. I was searching for the “right” approach to feel energised, focused, and successful, without burning myself out in the process.
In 2014, long before I entered perimenopause, my body reached its first breaking point. After reaching partner level in law and having three children in under five years, I experienced severe burnout, major depressive disorder, and was hospitalised with double pneumonia.
