Angela's Story...

Back in 2014, I was a high-performing woman doing everything “right,” but still found myself battling brain fog, irritability, fatigue, and a creeping sense that I was aging faster than I should. I didn’t feel like myself...

I reached my lowest point when after reaching partner as a lawyer and having 3 kids in 4.5 years, I was battling major depressive disorder and burnout which resulted in me being hospitalised with double pneumonia.

That wake-up call led me to quit my corporate job and dive deep into the science of hormones, metabolism, and female healthspan.

I spent the last 10 years studying the art and science of health and high performance, and the last 5 years interviewing the World's top experts on health, hormones, metabolism, brain health, longevity and high performance for women.

I experimented, tracked, and developed the BioSyncing® framework - rooted in science, powered by intuition.

Today I have:

  • Lowered my biological age by 23 years (I'm 49 now, with a biological age of 26)

  • Reached 18% body fat

  • Maintained a visceral fat score of 1

  • And achieved a bone density T-score of +2.4 - indicating stronger bones than most women decades younger
